Morning: Greet the day your way. We know from experience that you'll find yourself doing things you rarely do at home because there's so much to see and experience. The morning is a great time to move, stretch, watch the sunrise and meditate. We typically do gentle yoga or other movement, breathwork, and a short walk. You're free to join in or sleep in.

Breakfast: Eat as much as you want or as little. When you're in a new place, you react differently--everything opens up, you're ready to explore and discover all that you don't know and your eating patterns change. There's always nutritious food available.

Experiential Group Activity: When we gather in the mornings, we'll always start with a Guided Meditation, then express Creatively with ample time for reflection. We'll celebrate each tiny step and vision into our next steps based upon new information. We'll talk about our needs and how to get those needs met. We'll talk about releasing and letting go of expectations and judgements. We'll talk about the ever-present inner critic and how to shift out of fear. We'll focus on what we want and stay present where all the possibilities exist.

Lunch: YES! It's time to relax, nourish our bodies and take a few deep breaths.....................

Afternoon Activity (or not): swim in the pool or Adriatic sea, walk,hike, people watch at the cafe, journal, swap stories, learn something, relax, or step out (local excursions). This is YOUR TIME to BE who you are. 1-1 sessions are available at this time.

Snacks/Mocktail Hour: We don't encourage alcohol during the retreat. You're doing deep inner work and staying present with your feelings is part of the process of being able to release those feelings. However, we're not the police or your parents. Take care of yourself however you feel best.

Dinner: There will always be an amazing FEAST for your eyes, soul and belly. You can partake or SKIP eating and just join in the gathering.

Evening Integration Gathering: Song Circles, Sound Bath & more guided meditation. This is your reflection time to journal, review and decide what you want more of .... OR less of.... YOU GET TO DECIDE.

Jacuzzi Time: Again, if you're tired or even EXHAUSTED from all the NEW experiences, information and camaraderie, enjoy your rest. Your bed will be cozy and comforting. There's always a few of us ready to swap stories, giggles & play.
TWO (2) Explorations are Included in your Heart Energy Retreat: The Scenic Vista Summit of Vidora Gora, famed Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) Beach & a boutique shopping adventure in lovely Bol, along with an afternoon spent at the Historic Olive Oil Museum in Škrip.
Rising Tides Adventure 3-Day Add-On Excursion: UPLEVEL your trip and experience UNESCO Heritage Sites: awe-inspiring Split/Diocletian's Palace, spectacular Krka Falls, and a thrilling half-day boat tour to historic Trogir.
Excursion itineraries are subject to change based on weather and sea conditions, except for Diocletian's Palace and Museum.
