🩷What can I expect from the weather?
Despite Brač Island having a bit more rain in September compared to July and August, the weather's still very enjoyable. The average daytime high temperature is a wonderful 26°C (79ºF). This may sometimes drop to around 17°C (63ºF) when occasional clouds appear. The average nighttime temperature is 14°C (57ºF) .
🩷What should I bring?
When you start packing for this incredible adventure, plan for comfortable, casual and laid back. You will not need anything dressy, so leave those beautiful stilettos at home. Think layers as you plan what to bring. Mornings and evenings can be cool, while the days can easily heat up to feel like summer. Dressing in layers is also a good way to protect yourself from the sun when you’re on an excursion. Since there’s a chance of some rain, you might want to include something moderately warm, like a sweater, that could be topped off with a raincoat or poncho and sturdy, water-repellent walking shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit! The sea will still be a blissful temperature for swimming in September. And, of course, you will want to bring sunglasses and sunscreen. Once you decide to join us, we will provide a more detailed list of what to bring and what not to bring.
🩷Where do I fly into? What’s the best way to get to the retreat villa?
You will fly into Saint Jerome Split Airport (SPU) located in Kaštela, Croatia. You will find all of the transportation details you will need to navigate with ease and flow between Split Airport and the retreat location on our Registration Page and we will go over everything with you during our pre-retreat meetings and in our WhatsApp group so you will feel confident every step of the way. We are happy to assist you in arranging taxi transfers with guaranteed rates on the mainland. Uber and bus options are also available. Arrival and departure transportation on the island is included in your retreat fees. U.S. passport holders do not need a visa if you are traveling to Croatia for tourism or business for less than 90 days within a 180-day period. Starting in mid-2025, travellers visiting Europe will be required to obtain an approved ETIAS online prior to departure. ETIAS travel authorization is an entry requirement for visa-exempt nationals traveling to any of 30 European countries. The cost will be 7 Euros for each traveller between the ages of 18 and 70. Younger and older travellers are exempt from paying the fee. Since an official date has not yet been decided for the launch of this program, we will keep participants informed if the requirement is in place by our retreat dates. If you would like to extend your Croatian adventure and explore on your own beyond the retreat experience, Brač and the surrounding area have so much to offer! We’ll be happy to offer suggestions for your added enjoyment.
🩷When can I arrive?
Plan to arrive at the Supetar Port via ferry between 1 and 3pm on September 22nd and we will arrange your transport to our villa in Splitska, about 15 minutes away. Arrival night dinner will be served at 6pm. If you would like to arrive at a different time, please contact the retreat hosts to make special arrangements.
🩷If I can only come to part of the retreat, can I still join?
No. We require attendees to be present for the entire retreat. Arriving late or leaving early disrupts the group dynamic and the flow of programming. This retreat has been specifically designed to give you enough time to unwind, recharge and renew your energy. Only sign up if you’re willing to play full out and be all in.
🩷Are there any medical staff on site?
This environment is essentially a leisure retreat. Please be aware we are not a medical facility and have no medical staff on site. Our retreats are an immersive well-being experience and not equipped to care for guests in need of medical attention. Our retreat is designed to help cleanse the body, mind and soul and give you the opportunity to leave feeling unburdened, lighter, refreshed and alive. We ask that our guests with medical conditions consult with their doctor prior to booking with us. Guests are also required to agree to our full terms and conditions prior to their stay, which states that they accept full responsibility for their own health.
🩷Are children and/or spouses allowed to stay at the villa with me?
No, this journey is for you and your vision and to experience the full impact of this transformational program without distraction. Once the retreat is over, your family is welcome, and you can stay on for some extra days together. Please let us know, and we’ll be more than happy to support you with this.
🩷How can I pay?
We accept all major US credit cards,Paypal and Apple Pay payments. Credit card payments are processed through Wix Payments and Stripe.
🩷What’s the exact location of the retreat?
Our Villa is located in the village of Splitska, about 5 km from Supetar on the Island of Brač in the country of Croatia. The exact address will be provided upon registration.
🩷What is the Refund and Cancellation Policy?
A $500 non-refundable reservation deposit is required at time of registration. If proper cancellation notice is received by KRSW more than 60 days prior to the start of the retreat, any payments made by Participant will be refunded to Participant, less the reservation deposit. If proper cancellation notice is received by KRSW between 60 days and 31 days prior to the start of the retreat, 50% of any payments made by Participant will be refunded to Participant, less the reservation deposit. If cancellation notice is received by KRSW 30 days or less prior to the start of the Retreat, no refunds allowed. No refund/credit will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested World Trip Travel Insurance online to get a quote and choose policy options. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
🩷Is there a payment plan?

🩷Why is it 10 days?
When we ran the first retreat, time seemed to speed up and everyone asked for the experience to last a little longer. It takes a couple days to acclimate to a new environment, recover from travel and settle into your comfy villa. We promise you’ll want to stay even longer than 10 days and you can—we certainly will be. Let us know and we’ll be happy to help you plan your much-needed getaway.
🩷What is the itinerary?
We’re keeping the itinerary simple and flexible to ensure you have the time and space to unwind and thoroughly enjoy all that Brač has to offer. Depending on the energy of the group the itinerary may be changed so please trust that magic will happen and that we have a wonderful journey planned for you based on each of your host’s unique passions and skills. 🩷I need a roommate - how do I go about this?
If you would like to be matched with a roommate, we’ll do our best to pair you with someone else who is also seeking a roommate. You’ll have a chance to meet and get to know your fellow travelers during our pre-trip online gatherings. In case there is no one to pair you with, your room will be considered a single, and an additional single occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.
🩷Do I have to participate in everything?
Of course not! You are always in control of your own choices and master of your own journey. That being said, every aspect of this journey has been selected and arranged with a greater purpose and mission in mind. It is intended to assist you in the transformation you desire, and you won’t want to miss even a step along the way.
🩷I’m concerned about traveling with people I don’t know.
Your personal journey starts as soon as you register, and you’ll get to know everyone through a private online group. We will meet live on Zoom regularly before the event. These live Zoom calls will give you the chance to meet your hosts and the other participants and allow you time to break the ice. You will have plenty of time to connect with others, start building relationships, and share dreams and excitement about the upcoming trip! The retreat group is small and intimate, and we hold a private space for you. Rest assured, this is a safe space for you to be YOU.
🩷Is it safe to travel to Brač, Croatia?
Yes, Croatia is very safe. That being said, we’ll give you some common-sense guidelines to follow just as you would traveling anywhere else in the world. Our pre-trip documentation will give you all the information you need.
🩷Do I need travel insurance?
We use travel insurance ourselves and yes, we STRONGLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance for yourself that includes both trip cancellation and medical coverage to protect your investment and your safety.
🩷Can I stay longer than 10 days?
By all means, enjoy this beautiful, magical island for as long as you want! If you are looking to extend your stay on either end of your trip, we are happy to offer recommendations. There are all kinds of options and possibilities at your fingertips on Brač, in nearby Split which is a Unesco Heritage Site, and popular nearby islands like Hvar and Korčula.
🩷Will I have access to the internet?
Yes, our villa is equipped with reliable, free WiFi. Cell service is also available. We will discuss international phone and data options in detail during our pre-event orientation sessions. Keep in mind that the more you can disconnect from your life back home, the better the impact of this alchemical experience, so please plan to be “off the grid” as much as possible outside of our sessions.
